In less than a week, we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to EMS2018. Please find below some practical information before your arrival to Copenhagen.
T-shirts
All registrants will receive an EMS2018 t-shirt this year. If you have not informed your size as part of your registration, we cannot guarantee availability of your size.
Check in
We recommend that you check in and pick up your badge at your earliest convenience. The registration desk is open from Sunday at 14.00.
The queues for the registration desk is sorted by first name. To secure a smooth and efficient registration, please line up in the right queue. For example, if your name is Peter Andersson, you will have to use the P-T queue.
Balance due
If you have not yet settled your payment, we strongly recommend that you do this immediately to secure a smooth and efficient registration. Payment can be made onsite with credit card, but cash payments are not accepted.

The EMS2018 registration desk is located in the foyer at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
Badges and identification
Upon registration you will receive your name badge. Your badge serves as your ticket to the exhibition, sessions, and social events and must therefore be worn at all times during EMS2018. Access will not be given without a badge.
The EMS2018 congress app
The official EMS2018 congress app serves as an online programme and a social network where all delegates, speakers, and exhibitors can interact with each other, dive into the programme, create their own personalised agenda, set up individual meetings, and shape the debates of EMS2018.
Download the app on the App Store or Google Play by searching Crone & Co Experiences.
- For access to the app, please enter the email address you registered with and your reference number. You only need to log in the first time, you use the app.
- The app will ask for various permissions on your phone. For the best experience, we recommend that you allow full access.
- Please remember to update your personale profile in the app – it will enhance your network opportunities.
- When using the app’s agenda module, you will notice that some sessions and social events are marked ‘Closed’. This means that you must register for the session via the EMS2018 registration system to add the session to your personalised schedule.
Updates
Please check the congress app for program updates and messages during the congress.
Social events
In addition to the scientific program, you will be able to network and enjoy yourself in the extensive social programme of the EMS2018.
Remember to sign up in advance. And when attending the social events for which you have signed up, please remember that your name badge is your ticket of entrance.
Official language
The official working language of the meeting is English and no translation is offered.
