What is EMS2017?
EMS2017 is an exciting and innovative congress with more than 1,500 participants, all highly skilled professionals in their fields of expertise sharing knowledge with colleagues from all over the world.
EMS2017 will give you a unique insight in emergency medical service and prehospital care. You will meet physicians, nurses, paramedics and the companies behind the technology and equipment used in the field.
Your responsibilities as a volunteer
As a volunteer, you will play a key role in the production of the congress, you will get a rare insight behind the scenes and gain hands-on congress experience. You will be part of a big, fun-loving yet very dedicated team of volunteers. This is a great opportunity to meet new people, broaden your knowledge and gain experience. You will be expected to commit to attending the entire congress, usually you will be serving approximately 4-6 hours per day.
Volunteers will contribute to the completion of the following tasks:
- Onsite registration and hospitality
- Guiding and directing attendees
- Cloak room assistance
- Assisting with sessions
- Assisting at social events
- Ad hoc tasks
